With a career in learning and development spanning nearly a decade, my focus has always been professional development and self-improvement.

I believe that growth starts with the person, and I know the importance of self-reflection, setting goals, coaching, and emotional intelligence to achieve results. As a Corporate Trainer, I’ve delivered training to audiences in Fortune 500 companies and small companies in financial services and the healthcare sector.

My focus changed from corporate America to community-focused when I divorced and faced the challenge of reaching for my goals while raising my daughter as a single parent. During this critical period in her life, I found my voice and decided to use my skills and experience to help women who struggle to reach their goals.

I have a BA in Psychology, an MS in Organizational Leadership, a Coaching Certificate from the Association of Talent Development, and a Coaching Certification from iPEC. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and hold an ACC coaching credential.
