About Me
A self-described inspirer, author Nicole Thomas uses her skills to help others develop their potential. She leads workshops and publishes self-help books to help women achieve their dreams while showing themselves kindness and compassion during the process. She is the author of the books Let’s Talk: Positive Affirmations for the Soul, #Thoughts, My View from the Summit (VFS), and the journal And for This I Am Grateful.
With a career in learning and development spanning nearly a decade, her focus has always been on professional development and self-improvement. Her belief is that growth starts with the person, and Nicole is well aware of the importance of self-reflection, setting goals, coaching, and emotional intelligence to achieve results. As a Corporate Trainer she has delivered training to audiences in Fortune 500 companies and small companies in financial services and the health-care sector.
Nicole’s focus changed from corporate America to community-focused when she divorced and was faced with the challenge of reaching for her goals while raising her daughter as a single parent. During this critical period in her life, she found her voice and decided that she wanted to use her skills and experience to help women who shared similar challenges. When asked what’s next, Nicole smiles and says whatever it takes to help women see their full potential and give a voice and validation to their life and purpose.
Nicole resides in New York with her daughter and works as a Human Resources Learning and Development professional. She holds a BA in Psychology, MS in Organizational Leadership, Coaching Certificate from the Association of Talent Development and Coaching Certification from iPEC.
